ABOUT BEYOND LEARNING
We started Beyond Learning because we kept seeing the same thing: well-intentioned training programmes that nobody remembered a week later.
Modules designed to be completed, not learned from. E-learning that existed to satisfy a checkbox rather than genuinely help someone do their job better.
We come from backgrounds in psychology, educational sciences and technology. That mix shapes how we think about every project. We care as much about how a learner feels going through a course as we do about the learning objectives behind it.
